TRANSFERS FRIDAY 26th August

• All participants arriving on 26th August will receive an e-mail with exact details and instructions of their transfer.
• Participants arriving to the Railway and Bus station will have transfers from the Railway station ( 2 pick up times 09:00 am & 14:00 pm )
• Participants arriving with plane, will have transfer from the airport. ( 09:05, 11:00 / 13:55 )
• The main transfer to hotel Trakošćan will leave from hotel Aristos at 15:00, so if something unpredictable happens, you should be in hotel Aristos by that time.

TRANSFERS Sunday 28th August

• All participants arriving on 27th / 28th August will receive an e-mail with exact details and instructions of their transfer.
• Participants arriving to the Railway and Bus station will have transfers from the Railway station (pick up times 11:15, 13:30, 14:00, 15:00)
• Participants arriving with plane, will have transfer from the airport. ( 11:45, 12:45, 14:15, 16:00, 17:00 )
• The main transfer to hotel Trakošćan will leave from hotel Aristos at 17:30, so if something unpredictable happens, you should be in hotel Aristos by that time.

Each registered participant of Castle meeting should fill arrival/departure form as soon as possible.

Participants should arrive to Zagreb airport or Zagreb main railway station (Glavni kolodvor) until 4 P.M. and bus transfer to Castle meeting venue in Trakošćan will be organized from those localities!

The Biennial Castle Meeting on "New trends in Rock, Paleao- and Environmental Magnetism" returns this year (2022) in Trakošćan, Croatia!

The conference will be held from the 28th August until 3rd September, 2022 at the Trakošćan Hotel. Covid protocols that might be required by the Croatian and local governments at the time of conference will be upheld.

In the case that pandemic persists until the time of conference, a valid Covid/green pass might be required. Moreover, if conditions warrant the following measures will be in force on site: monitoring body temperature on daily basis upon request, antigene self-tests will be available to be performed every other day, availability of FFP2 face masks, medical assistance upon request, isolated serviced room(s) for those showing symptoms.
