Deadlines
- Short course registration: until 24th April 2022
- Abstract submission: until 24th of April 2022
- Registration fee payment (for both Castle meeting and short course): until 30th May 2022
- Hotel payment (for both Castle meeting and short course): until 30th May 2022
- Late registration: after 30th May 2022 – it will be possible only in the case some rooms in hotel will stay available and it will be much more expensive – therefore register on time!
NOTE: Participants who already submitted their abstracts for 2020 can keep them for 2022, but should inform organizers about. Also, participants who already paid either registration fee or hotel (or both) for 2020 and didn't withdraw their payment are automatically registered for participation in 2022!!
Fees
- Regular registration fee: on time 530 EUR – late registration 630 EUR
- Student registration fee: on time 390 EUR – late registration 470 EUR
- Accompanying persons: on time 470 EUR – late registration 550 EUR
- Short course registration fee: on time 190 EUR – late registration 230 EUR
Registration fee (regular and student) covers
- all materials for conference
- coffee breaks
- social program
- meals which will be served outside hotel
- drinks during lunch and dinner
- excursions
- entrance to museums
- farewell dinner
- transfers, etc.
Registration fee for accompanying persons covers
- all excursions, meals and social programs as for regular and student participants
- all additional programs for accompanying persons, which might be organized
NOTE: HOTEL MUST BE BOOKED AND PAID SEPARATELY!
Short course registration fee covers
- course program including possible field trip
- transfer from Zagreb to Trakošćan
- coffee breaks
Please register in time, as short course late registration will be possible only in the case that some places are left and it will be more expensive!

Payment
Hotel reservation
All participants of Castle meeting will be accommodated in 4* Trakošćan hotel. Special offer for Castle meeting will cost about 320 EUR in double or about 360 EUR in single room.
All participants of the short course will be accomodated in the same hotel, during two nights preceding Castle meeting. Special offer for accomodation during short course will cost about 125 EUR in double or about 165 EUR in single room.
This special offer includes all meals which will be served in Trakošćan hotel what is in fact FULL BOARD on most of days except on days of excursions! Therefore DON’T BOOK OTHER ARRANGEMENTS for the same hotel offered elsewhere, as in the case of booking for overnight + breakfast you would stay without lunch and dinner for only a few EUR less! And booking for the full board elsewhere for the same hotel is much more expensive than our offer CASTLE 2022!

In subject of e-mail to hotel put: CASTLE 2022 and please write that you are making reservation for (single or double) room under the special offer for Castle meeting 2022 in the e-mail itself. In the case you are a choosing double room – please write with whom you will share the room! Also, in the case that you are participant of the short course – please indicate that to hotel!
You will get instructions for hotel payment and invoice for accommodation from hotel.
